Hi All,
How can I track the qualified/disqualified date and time for a lead in order to include it in reports?
Thank you

Hi BobbyC,
1) First you create a date field Qualified/Disqualified Date in lead to store date value once the lead is qualified/disqualified.
2) Write a Post update plugin in lead on change of status reason and check if the lead is qualified/disqualified, based on that stamp the Modified On date field value to the newly created Qualified/Disqualified Date in lead.
3) This newly created field can be used in your reports.
Hope this helps.
Please mark the answer as Yes.
Thanks
Akhil
If you don't want to create new field, there is an alternate way to track the date.
In CRM once the lead is qualified/disqualified the state of the record becomes inactive (Read Only), so you can put a filter condition in your report on status field of the lead record and include the Modified On date field value in report for tracking qualified/disqualified date and time.
Thank you Akhil, Modified On was right under my nose...
The lead is still editable (may not be from UI) but using excel import etc even when it is in disqualified status.
we are experiencing the same problem. Modified date may not give accurate reporting if some one modifies the lead post disqualification.
