I want to be able to do a mail merge in case and contract area so that I can print my work order and contracts.  What should be the approach for this?

    Hi Faiz,

    The best approach is to design a custom srs report.  This can then be very nicely formated, easy to use, have logos, etc and from the srs report you can export to a word doc/pdf/etc.
