Purchasing error: Multi currency revaluation

I got error message by clicking Select Cheques or Void Transactions on Microsoft Dynamics GP10. The message says "You can't open this window, another user is posting multi currency revaluation amounts for the purchasing series. Try again later." Is anything wrong with my settings?

    Tony,

    Have all user exist from GP, take good backup of Dynamics and Production DB(Not require but still .. )

    Against Dynamics DB run following Delete Query

    delete SY00800

    delete ACTIVITY

    and Against TEMP DB

    delete DEX_LOCK

    delete DEX_SESSION

     

    Try again to void your checks.

     Thank you for the reply. I'm using the sample company Fabrikam Ltd. and have not done anything yet after install. And I'm the only one on the computer.

    Do you remember getting locked up and having to crash out of GP?  Run the scripts suggested and see what happens first.  You may be the "other user" yourself.

     Richard:

    I did not have any crash neither error transaction, but only when use the Select Cheque or Void Transaction functions, the message appears. How to run the scripts?

    If you do not have experience in MS SQL, get someone that does to run these.
