I would like to know if I create a new user to replace 'sa', will it be effect anything when I run my GP.
new user security role will me totally same as 'sa' role.
(Just that I create new user with new name, go by 'sa' role. )

it's not quite that simple. There are still a few things that require 'sa' or additional work beyond simply giving a new user the same security role. . Try some of these resources to minimize sa:
