Hi there,

for my multilingual Instance of Dynamics 365 for Marketing I want to create a second compliance setting with another marketing page (as unsubscribe link for german contacts). Sadly this is not working because there is an error shown all the time.

2022_2D00_05_2D00_15-19_5F00_21_5F00_28_2D00_E_2D00_Mail_5F00_-Informationen_5F00_-E_2D00_Mail-erstellen-_2D00_-Dynamics-365.png

This happen on multiple envirroments. Can you please have a look at yours?

Thanks

Ferdinand

I take it that this hasn't been resolved at all. Do we have to delete the 'default' one and replace it with something that we can connect to Outbound Marketing.

It is strange that we can build these in the 'Compliance Profile' section but not 'Compliance'. This is new to me, so I'm not sure what the difference is between the two.

Oh the user is actually, you! So the error message that you had in the beginning. We keep getting it.

I did enable the switch. The switch is to see the Compliance feature on the email. However, we are unable to create a second subscription center. We always get the error that the user on top of this chain is getting. I submitted a MS ticket, let's see if they can figure it out.

You have to go9 to settings -> Feature switches and enable it.

It's still not possible. We have the latest update but it doesn't work. Am I missing anything here?

    Thanks, Yulya

    Hi Ferdinand,

It is a bit of a hacky way, but it works is you export the record to Excel and create a new one and import again.. I know..

In the may release this should be solved, including the possibility to use Subscription management (Outbound) in RTM. So lets hope this solved your issue!

    Regards,

    Hi Steve,

thanks for your review. I also think that you can only store one setting. But based on the Wave 1 2022 release plan, I understood it differently. I was hoping to store multiple settings based on the language of the mail or country of the customer Jounrney. Then I hope that this will be added soon. This was one of the best features to use Real Time Marketing sensibly.

    Thanks again,

    Ferdinand

    Hi Ferdinand Ganter,

I got the same error with yours when I try to create another compliance:

Based on the error message, it seems that we could not create another record because there exists a default one. However, the doc doesn't mention this.
