I am trying to trigger the flow based on a field in the dynamics form and when the user clicks upload. The documents are stored in a default Sharepoint location

Record name_GUID in Default Document Location on SharePoint . All the forms have tabs with this document type trigger point.

Hi,

I have tried to reproduce your issue but failed.

Please check if the environment you selected is the same as the environment which contains the Dynamics app.

Also check if the Site Address and Library Name is correct.
