Recover Pending Invoices not showing

Was there an update at some point that removed the option to recover pending invoices when they get hung up?  (i.e. If for whatever reason an invoice gets locked or wasn't closed successfully, a window appears asking if you'd like to recover the invoice.)

As an admin the recovery message will display, but as any other user an error message gets display: You are not authorized to access table "Vendor Invoices" (vendInvoiceInfoTableTmp).

Was this feature removed at some point (I verified already in testing that adding read access will show the message for general users)?

"You are not authorized to access table "Vendor Invoices" (vendInvoiceInfoTableTmp)." looks like a user access rights issue, so check that your security is correct and users have access to this table as well.

    Hello JrDAXmike,

You are right, there was and there still is a window/form that should allow you recovering pending invoices.

As ievgen said, this might be an user rights issue.

Do you know if some updates have been made to your environment within the last days/weeks or if user roles have been modified / changed?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

That's what I'm thinking. I'm new to this company and nobody recalls having removed the permissions to this table.  When I check the table in the AOT there are no roles tied to it. As I said above, I manually added read access for the table to an existing role and it fixed the error.  I'll have to check past projects to see if it was removed for whatever reason.  I was just curious if in my transition there was an update that removed this feature (I went from R2 CU7 straight to R3 CU13).
