Hi

Recently MS created a new support instance for me but I can't able to see that. However, one of my colleague can see and access. We both have admin access. What could be the issue?

    Hi,

Possible a cashing issue. Try in private/ incognito mode and see if it helps. If still can't access, let the support engineer know that you are not able to see the instance.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

MS created one support instance but I can't able to see that in instance list. However, the same instance can be seen by one of my colleague.

What could be the reason for this??

    Thanks Ravi.

I have tried everything. I reported just to know if this can be controlled through security.

    Hi nmk,

It also depends on whether you are in the security group of the instance.

In the Dynamics 365 Administration Center, click on the Edit button under the instances tab and we can select the Security Group for this instance.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, open your user information card and check if your Group memberships contain the instance security group.

If not, then you really can't see this instance.

So your user needs to be added to this security group.

Thanks - I figured this out. I am not a service administrator and that's why I can't see all the instances
