Please share your comments, about: A contingency plan, when there is no 'Internet Connection', and are using Dynamics 365 CRM - Online.
This may happen in countries in South America.

Thank you very much. This re-confirm the use of Offline mode. The weakness the data plan will be consumed/used very quick.

Dynamics 365 supports offline access only for Mobile (Dynamics 365 for Phone / Tablet), Outlook and RESCO clients. The web client does not support offline features.

As long as you set up your users on one of these clients, they would still be able to use CRM offline and when they get the internet connection back, all the offline changes will be synchronized to CRM.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
