Hi All,
There is a super user who is not able to get the changed users newly created or deleted when he clicks on the update from dynamics 365.
He has all permissions but still without any error none of the new users get updated through his account .however I am able to get the updated users when I clcik our permissions and licenses are similar.
Any idea would be awesome.

Are you both assigned the Dynamics 365 admin rights in Azure AD?

Do you have Azure Admin Right and Azure Active Directory admin right as well? How about the other user?
Have you tried to remove all his permission set. Then replicate all your permission set for him?
How about license? Are you both have same type of BC license?
