Dialog are not appearing for Arabic Users

In dynamics 365 on-premise, I've two on-demand dialog for Campaign activities. They worked well and enlisted for users if they are using CRM in English. As soon as, they changed langue from English to another (say Arabic) the Dialog becomes invisible for users. Following are the screenshots for same user using CRM in English and in Arabic. Any idea what stop dialog and workflows to not appear for non-English users??

Check if you have hardcoded the values in dynamic filters applied to lookup...(using JavaScript).
