How to covert a subscription list for into a segment

How do I convert a subscription marketing list to a segment? I wan to create a customer journey and I aim to supress (exclude) some marketing segment and also some marketing list from there. I see there is an options in the cabinet there are only segments (I have some people at the segment and others in the marketing list. I want to exclude both from a bigger segment (that includes all of them and more people)).

That's why I'm looking for options how to easily convert a subscription list to a segment to join them and then exclude from the customer journey .

I appreciate your advice how to do this.

    Hi Oki,

Do you mean there isn't any template in popup "Segment Template" dialog to select?

    Please try steps to below:

    1. After you selected dynamic type segment, close the dialog, then click "Change templates" button to check whether segment template records could display.

    2. Check whether you have privilege to read segment template records directly.

    3. If all steps above not working, you current user may hasn't sufficient privileges to read segment templates,

in this case, you could take answer in thread below as reference:

    Thank you.

When I open Dynamic segment I see no templates at all ( that's why I can't select "subscribers". How can I change this?

    Hi Oki,

We can build a subscription list based segment in both dynamic and static type.

    > Static:

    Add by Query:

    > Dynamic:

Select "Subscribers" template to build a subscription list based segment.

Then you can union list based segment and another segment with "or" operation.
