Users can't see shared survey in Marketing

Hi folks,

 

I'm rather new to Marketing and Customer Voice but do have Dynamics experience. I'm getting reports from users that they either can't find shared surveys in Marketing, or that they're seeing surveys that haven't been shared.

 

Here's what we're seeing:

  • User A creates a project and adds a survey. User A shares the project with users B and C.
  • User B does see the project in the Customer Voice app, but the survey is not visible in Marketing, ie can't be added to an e-mail or journey.
  • User C doesn't see the survey either, but does see several surveys from projects that he does not see in his Customer Voice app.
  • User B shares the project with user D (an admin) but when this user clicks on the link in the e-mail with the invitation, he gets an error: "Sorry, something went wrong Please make sure you have permission to access this form.
  • I could not reproduce this with a test account.

 

I double checked and the projects are in the correct environment.

 

Any ideas?

    After several sessions with Microsoft support, we found out that the read rights for surveys in Dynamics should be set to Organization in stead of (out of the box) user.
