Third Party Reports Dic Needs to be Upgraded Error

We have a third party product for Dynamics GP that has Report Writer reports.

We have recently sent an update to a customer who gets the following mesage when they try to print a report:

Dictionary ‘\\aca-fin\acctg\Data\Dictionaries\HHCREPTS.DIC’ needs to be upgraded. They say they have no modified reports and when they look in this path to the dictionaries, they say HHCREPTS.DIC does not exist.

Can anyone provide a clue as to what we should do to resolve this issue?

The current version is Dynamics GP 2015 R2

Are they sure the HHCREPTS.DIC file isn't in the directory listed?   Dynamics is looking at the path in the Dynamics.set file for the location of the dictionary.   Have you confirmed all paths in the .SET file?

If they're sure they don't have modified reports for this product, then you can change the path in the .SET file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP 2015\Data and see if that solves the problem.
