Creating Purchase orders and Receiving Inventory with serialized items using portable device

Anyone has any recommendations using a portable device like data terminal or other hardware to create purchase orders and receive inventory with some items being serialized. Preferred a solution that would cost under $1,000 if possible for the hardware and software. The device will also need to be able to used to take physical inventory

Hello,

You basically just described our solution. It is an Android/iOS app that is integrated with RMS. It allows for inventory counts and PO creation/receiving.
