Hi,
We created a custom alert rule on Activities to send email and notification to user when value of a field changed. It's working successfully, but when openeing the link on email body we are getting the below error. We tried to duplicate the menuitem and enable Allow Root Navigation property but same error still exsits.
The specified record query failed to apply and the form can't be opened.
I would appreciate if you can help me to solve this error.

Can you tell us which exact menu item is used in the URL? I do assume the URL itself does not have any sensitive data. Can you share the exact URL parameters (all information behind the question mark from the URL)?

We are using menu item "smmActivitiesListPage_MyActivities" and here's the URL:

I do have the same error when I try this. I would suggest to check for possible known issues on LCS issue search or log an incident for Microsoft Support.
