How do I turn on a Flow promoted in a Solution?

So, I promoted my flows via the solution for this round from my Dev to my Test environment.  I'm now a bit stuck as I can't turn on the flows.  I'm sure it is simple quick answer but it just ain't coming to me.  So far, I've opened the solution, and found the Flows but the option to Turn On is greyed out:

Next, I went to the Flow portal itself, but they are not in My Flows nor Team Flows.

Lastly, I went to the "Data" Section of Power Apps, where I customise other items like Option Sets and Entities.  Nope - can't find them there either.

Where can I turn on my Flows when promoting them in a solution?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello Kit,

Within your managed solution, are you able to click on the Flow name (or little "open" icon next to it) to get to the Flow details?

It is likely that the Flow isn't on because it is missing some connection information on your target environment:

Can you check this? Once the connectons are fixed, the flows should be on.
