Is it possible that we can void (Not Reverse) posted General Journal entry?

Hi All,

I am using MS Dynamics 2012 R2. I have created a General Journal entry of a Bank but now i wanted to void that transaction so it won't have any impact in Bank transactions. Is it possible or we have reverse it?

Basically everything you post will stay in the system and you can't change the history by somehow updating the posting that you already did. Instead you need to post a corrective transaction.

This way the system always has a complete history of whatever you posted in the ledger (and who did those postings).

Hi Muhammad,

Please follow the suggested solution by Nikolaos, and post a reverse transaction. We have seen multiple attempts before for deleting posted transactions and ended up with corrupted environment.
