RSAT throws error: System.Collections.ObjectModel.ReadOnlyCollection`1[System.String]

I have configured RSAT according to MS Docs. Connections work and I can list test plans etc. 

When I try to run the test the application throws the following error.

    It looks like a client error. Did you try to configure RSAT and run it on another client machine?
