I have Relevance Search turned on only for the Account entity in my D365 instance. I have Primary Phone (telephone1) added to the Quick Find Active Accounts View and Find sections. But when I do a Relevance Search for the phone, it doesn't come up. I have confirmed I am looking at the correct phone by checking against the Advanced Find and the Account Form itself to make sure that's the field that's actually storing data. Is there an issue with the Telephone1 field?
