How can I remove all the CRM imported users from the commissioners portal in FST?
I want to basically start again, so remove all users and reimport them again, the reason being that I've reassigned pro licences to those who need them in order to play FST.
Previously I'd imported users whilst testing FST on the Sandbox, now it's in production I would like to make the above changes.
I've tried making players inactive, then removing them, but they all still appear in the Dynamics CRM Users list, some of them are still players even though they no longer have Pro licences! Finally, I've tried selecting refresh data, reset jobs and send users in FST settings in CRM, but this doesn't appear to have done anything.
Any suggestions welcome.
