The SL 7.0 SP4 installation guide discusses how to do this. Essentially, you just run the same setup.exe file on each applicable workstation.
From Page 30 of the installation guide:
Updating Client Workstations
To update existing client workstations, run Setup.exe from the folder where the extracted 7.0 Service Pack 4 files reside. This action makes it unnecessary to use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall the existing client before you install the 7.0 Service Pack 4 client.
You do not need to update the client on the server where your Microsoft Dynamics SL installation resides. That was done automatically during the installation of 7.0 Service Pack 4.
To add a client workstation to your system after installing 7.0 Service Pack 4 on the server, you must first install the Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 Feature Pack 1 client from the server to the client workstation and then apply the service pack to the client workstation installation.
