Connecting Dynamics 365 Service to Devops Azure Boards

Hi.

I'd like to find out if it is possible to connect Dynamics 365 to Azure Devops boards.
  • The intention is to allow customer service agents in Dynamics 365 to create Azure Board work items and connect multiple dynamics 365 tickets to a certain work item from within the Dynamics 365 interface.
  • Then the Azure Board item would in turn have links added to Dynamics 365 tickets so that engineers working on those items could view the customer conversation from Dynamics 365.
  • When an azure board item is released then the connected tickets in Dynamics 365 would be updated so the service team can update the customers. 
Do you know of a way of connecting Dynamics 365 Service to Devops Azure Boards to connect Service tickets to Board tasks?

    Hello Camrim,

    I would recommand you could use Azure Logic Apps or other integration framework for same.

    Logic Apps Connector - docs.microsoft.com/.../

    3rd Party- zapier.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm
