how about having the first cashier get the sale since SHE SOLD item and cashier taking layaway is just getting cash for the hard work of the first one ?
No problem! Glad I could help. There are a bunch of those config options that even I forget about sometimes :)
Yes, it is. Go into manager>file>config>options>pos options then select require sales rep
Set your cashier up as a sales person and it will prompt for each transaction.
