    Hi,

Why do you need a purchase agreement?

To me it sounds as if using a PO would be sufficient.

    Can you elaborate?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Dear,

As we are using PA for vendors, when we don't know that where our material will be offload. We just insert site and at the receiving time we generate PO with warehouses. So we are using PA. now how we can lock PA quantity, at the time of release PO quantity should not exceed from PA quantity collectively.

    Hi KHAWAJA MUHAMMAD BILAL,

You want to make sure that you should not be able to release purchase order for more quantity than for what agreement is made for.

If this is the case just make sure you check the "Max is enforced" check mark in the agreement line general tab while creating new agreements.

This will make sure that only new purchase orders can be created with quantity and amount which will not exceed the remaining quantity and amount on the agreement.
