My exact Setup on PC Which i tested business central approval email notification works fine. But it gives this error message on the server.
Test SMTP mail setup also works fine when sending test emails. I have given the emails of the recipients both on the user card and approval user setup.
It still don't work. If anyone know the reason for this? Thank you

Make sure that on the 'Approval User Setup' page, you do not have any users listed without an email. Every user setup on that page must have an email address specified.
