We have noticed that the F&O tile has gone missing from the home.dynamics.com web page and noted the upcoming change to office.com as the target state for the launcher however we cant see it their either.
A large number of our users use the Microsoft MyApps portal which has the Dynamics link which takes them to the home.dynamics.com page where they can launch D365.
How do we get this back as it is causing disruption to our users. We have had to communicate out the direct URL in the meantime to gain access.

So, you mean that even though the LCS parameter 'Pin this environment to the Dynamics 365 home page' is enabled you don't see the link in home.dynamics.com.
Does that correctly describe your problem?

Clive, thanks for the response - but the F&O tile is not in the new location either. Seems to have disappeared completely.

We dont seem to have that option available as the environment is currently deployed, I will need to get the team to check when the next deployment window is occuring.

Turns out this a bug that has been introduced when moving to Self-Service environments which was recently introduced by Microsoft.
No ETA on this being rectified so we have had to place shortcuts in browsers and desktops of our affected users.
Hi Stuart,
The new Chromium based Edge browser has an option to install sites as an app. That might also be a replacement for shortcuts or favorites in browsers and a workaround until Microsoft fixes the tile issue. You can read about this on my blog: dynamicspedia.com/.../
