Hi All

We use make to order with reservations so production orders are reserved to sales order. However, once production completed and the inventory is in the warehouse, there is no link between the sales order and the item in stock. Is there a way to create such a link without using batch/serial number? I have checked how reservations and FIFO works and although reservation must be completed before shipping, system still takes the earliest from FIFO stack

Hi Samantha,

You need to manually reserve the stock from sales order, so it will be Sales to inventory reservation.

you you need an automation than you need to go for customization.
