Migration from CCF to USD

Hi,

We have a client having Microsoft Customer Care Framework (CCF) 2009 installed. 

They are requesting for upgrades but there is an announcement for lifecycle of application.

Client implementation was at 2013. With using Dynamics 2011 + CCF 2009. So no update can be done for it.

Is there any clear path of migrating CCF to USD?

    Hi,

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it will need to be rebuilt in USD - The CRM Server itself can be upgraded (I would use the Microsoft Code Checker to verify)
