A4 reports on a North America install

HI Folks

Reading community.dynamics.com/.../what-is-the-a4-chunk-63.aspx

I am interested to read that GP can accommodate letter reports for A4 installations.

My GP installation has a third party add on from a vendor in Scotland.  The majority of their reports are A4.  They get cut off here in the letter sized world.

Has anyone ever heard of a letter chunk as there is an A4 chunk?

    A default install of GP has the reports in Letter format. Installing A4 gives you the A4 formats instead.

    Any report created and modified from Letter to A4 will be A4 regardless of whether the A4 chunk is installed. If you have bought a module with A4 reports you would need to amend these via Report Writer to make them Letter size.

    thanks for the reply.

    How tedious to have to change them all one by one.  To make things more complicated this developer is using Crystal reports for their reports so I have to realign all the fields as well as change the paper size.

    Hopefully they will make letter reports as they migrate to ssrs for GP 2013.
