File Upload not working in Dynamics 365 9.1 OnPremise

Hi, 
I recently installed Service Pack 1 for Dynamics OnPremise. The "File" Fieldtype is now available in UI-Apps. I can add the field to the form and upload a file, but on upload it throws an error in the request. The error is not shown to the user and the record is saved.
When I try to open the record again, it throws following error and cannot be opened:
Invalid Argument.

Has anybody the same issue? Do I miss some configuration? There is an organization id in the Settings.

    yep we have the same issue as well and the 1.2 update does not resolve this how do we raise a ticket to Microsoft about this?

    I have raised support ticket and below is the response from Microsoft.

    This is known issue with on-premise v9.1 for which work item is already created and update is going to release tomorrow and it will be available on data center, I will suggest you to check on 11th August

    For completeness, this issue has been fixed in the 1.3 update released on 11th Aug 2021.
