I am looking to override the unit price in a Retail sales order , but this field is greyed out and is locked for editing.
Does any one know if there is a parameter that exists to allow this to be editable ? or is this locked as per standard functionality ?
Do we only have the option of entering discounts ?
Hi Asif,
There is a parameter on a product, Fast Tab Sell/section Price adjust/field Allow price adjust.
If you Enable it, you may change price in Retail Sales order (call center sales order).
