Data Export Job succeeded but logging states zero records exported.

Hello all

At a customer we face the issue that the nightly data exports succeeded, but an error in the logging states that 0 records are exported for most entities. 
The exports happen in full push, so it is not caused by an incremental load. 
Even though the data is succesfully uploaded to an intermediate database for BI-purposes. 
Any of you has faced the same issue before and has a suggestion for mitigation steps?

    From your screen shot it is seen, the export has values and successful.

    In which operation you are getting the error?

    Thank you for your swift reply.

    The export is indeed successful, but the lines where the exported count is zero should actually state the quantity of the records exported.

    It is a fault in the logging, the zero value should be a number. Because we see that records are being pushed to the intermediate DB.

    Is this happening in production or  in only DEV?

    This is happening on the production environment, we upgraded to 10.0.13 last sunday and the issue has been noticed afterwards

    You may check for quality update in LCS if the hotfix is available for this.

    One easy option is- raise a support ticket to get exact hotfix number and quality update number for this,
