The PR status is Approved and PR workflow is complete but the PR is not showing in release approved prHope you can assist me on this?

This issue is already resolved
I found out that the accounting date is March and the requested date is April so when I check the Ledger calendar , the period status is on hold, so I set it Open. this resolve my issue

If I'm not mistaken
If the parameter is set to not to create a PO, in this case it should be an issue of the filter in the display.
No PO has been created, Supposed to be if the PR is in approved status, it will show in the release approve pr so we can create PO
Can you please check if the PO has already been created?
This is the PR # that in approve status that is not showing in release approve but when I click the reserve budget fund those error will pop up
This seems to be different error, You can try going to All purchase requisition page

Apart from this on top (Options> Advance filters) just check if there is any filter causing this

It maybe that PO is created automatically after the PR is approved, so the PR doesn't display.
Please check the PO field in the detail tab in the PR line.
If the PO field is empty, check the reserve budget fund button.
