We encountered some strange issues since Dynamics 365 CRM go live when an user try to access Dynamics 365 CRM through mobile Android phone . APP often stay at the interface before login page of ADFS for a long time. sometimes, it looks like to be crashing condition as no any changes more than 30 mins.
The very strange is that there are no this kind of issues on IPhone even the both mobile phones through the same way(the same one WiFi Hotspot) to link internet.
We also made some tests on network and ADFS connection.
- No obvious difference on network latency when an user is able to access APP or not able to connect APP through Android mobile phone.
- ADFS can be accessed through Chrome or IE, when an user can not access app through Android Mobile phone.
Has anyone ever been the similar situation ? and welcome any suggestion.

I have the same question (0)Hello, We have more or less the same problem here. Dynamics 365 for Phones can not connect to 1 of our environment. It was updated to version 1612 2 weeks ago, and from that date the phone app is not working under Android. IOS phones works well. Any suggestion?
