    Hello Danzel,

Hope You are doing great! please must need to following for resolution of your issue:

    To Fix this error:

Go to your production order -> BOM / Formula -> select a component line -> Inventory -> Picking.

If you have records that are in Issue Status "Picked" click "Add Picking List update" at the top of the form, then click "Add" at the bottom of the form.  Your issue status should change from "Picked" to "Reserved physical".

If you don't see anything on this form, go find your production picking list journal that may be created, select a row -> Inventory -> Picking.  Same process as above.

Tip:  these forms are dyna-linked, so you can leave the "Pick" form open beside the Bom / Picking list journal and it will update as you select different rows in the BOM form.

Once you get everything back to issue status reserved physical, you can re-set status on the production order back to created.

    Thanks,
