There is a Notes tab in HumanResources>Performance>PerformanceJournal. I want to create a custom tab and dialog same like this. But the code of this Tab and form is a bit difficult. Is there any other way to create a tab and dialog form like this.
After Saving it should create notes like this.
User can add multiple comments. Thanks.

I would try copying the approach from the standard code instead of searching for an alternative and re-invent the wheel. Can you tell which part of the coding or dialog design do you consider as difficult?
I'm also copying the standard code but unable to get success. Can you help me how can I use the utility classes.
I have not done a similar customization myself. Can you describe more what exactly you have done and what you mean with "unable to get succes"? E.g. Do you get build errors? Is the data not copied over?
