How can you customize the top ribbon or themes in the PowerApps Maker?

In the PowerApps Maker portal (make.powerapps.com) each of the environments has the same theme. When I try to change the theme, there are only two options: blue and black+company logo. No one seems to know how that black+company logo was created or where to change it or create a new one.

Ideally, I'd like to see a different color ribbon for EACH environment to help prevent using the wrong one when developing. I've already implemented that within the CRM - DEV=red, TEST=yellow,PROD=branded color.

Does anyone know of a way to do this? I've seen screenshots from tutorials where it's way more customized than ours is, like this:

When I search for this, the only things that come up are CRM themes and Canvas App themes.

Did you find a way to customize the PowerApps Maker portal ribbon so that you can have different colors for each environment? It would make it a lot easier to differentiate between environments :-)
