Hi ,

Created a Subgrid in Knowledge Article entity, when I click on Add Existing button on the subgrid of the record a Lookup Records (below image) will be opened.

In the below lookup record only Custom View filtered records need to be displayed.

Note:Created Custom View with filter criteria.

Susritha,

Even post is written for Classic UI approach remains the same - modification of Ribbon using Ribbon WorkBench and overriding of standard button click handler with custom.
