There is a user who dont hv permission to access custom entity "tool"
I made a ribbon button on Account form
when we click on that button, canvas page will open
in that canvas page their is a gallery in which it shows file type column with attachments
look something like as shown in the Image
1st gallery shows notes attachments
2nd gallery is showing file download field(data type= file)
user with no permission to access Tool entity is not able to see this canvas page
we want to make that user to be able to see and download file from this canvas page using web api or plugin.
So how can I Impersonate user to open Canvas Page?

Does the user security role have access to this Canvas App page...also from which table you were showing the data in Canvas App?

yes that user security role have acces to this canvas page not access to that "Tool entity" inside canvas page.
I am showing that canvas page on click of Form ribbon button on Account table
