Deleting Customer Journey in Real-Time Marketing

Hi All,

Does anyone knows how to delete a customer journey in Real-Time Marketing?

I understand that i am losing tracking and behavior data.

Hope anyone can help.

    Hi Marco,

    sadly this is not possible by default but there is a nice Workaround.

    I always have to delete Customer Journey in RTM with XRM Toolbox using Bulk Data Updater.

    If you want to I can write you a short How-to.

    Hi Marco,

    all right. Here it is:

    At Start I have 2 Test Journeys here, i want to delete:

    1. Download XRM Toolbox here: Home  · XrmToolBox Attention: Pls be aware of unblocking it Install XrmToolBox · XrmToolBox
    2. Start XRM Toolbox
    3. Connect with your Environment (on the top left hand side). Use the Wizard and your login credentials.

    4. Open Tool Libary on the right hand side (Quick action for example)
    5. Search for Bulk Data Updater

    6. Install it.
    7. Go back to home Screen
    8. Change Tab to Tool
    9. Search for Bulk Data Updater and open it

    10. Click on open View
    11. Insert "msdynmkt_journey" as entity and you favourite view

    12. "Include selected records only" (Important or you will delete all records shown)
    13. Select the Records you want to delete

    14. Go to the "Delete Tab" Click on "Bypass Custom Business Logic"
    15. Klick on Delete
    16. Check
