Can I display a view instead of a table entity in the navigation? I have an active student view and a faculty view (I am using the K-12 Education accelerator) that I want to show separately with separate views and forms.
I also want to do the same with with accounts. I want to do a donor view and household view with separate forms for each.

Which app are you using? Do you mean change the entity to view here?
