Hi,
I've been stuck on this for a couple of days, I have a custom Model Driven app, a Powerapps Portal, a custom entity and BPF. When I create a new record in my custom entity through the model driven app, it defaults to my BPF. However when I create a new record in the entity from the portals site, it shows up in the model driven app, without a BPF, I can switch to it, but I want to default to it without the user having to switch to it.
The behaviour I require is available in the Customer Service Hub, Cases can be crated from the portal and they default to a BPF. I have check the forms, pages, Model driven app, secruity roles etc.
Could someone point out what I'm missing or why I might be having this issue?
Many Thanks,
Jack
If u dont need other BPF just remove it from the model driven app.
Ideally when we apply priority to the bpf it should work as per the below documentations.

Thank you,

I have made the process the default by making it at the top of the list:
Added it to my app designer:
finally added permissions:
Yet when I submit the form, the record is not defaulted to the BPF and I have to switch to the process.
Hi,
I try to create new record from the form in Portal and the BPF displays normally.
Now I list some possible reasons for you.
2. Check the app designer and make sure that the BPF are contained.
3.Check weather the Table Permissions in web role has the correct permission.
