Is there a way to automatically "refresh configuration" from AX configuration utility?

When you go to the AX client configuration utility, click on the "connection" tab, then click "refresh configuration"...is there any way to do this automatically from a command line or through code somehow?

I started crawling/reversing some Microsoft assemblies that I think do it automatically, but nothing is jumping out.

I am afraid this is not possible , even in ax powershell there is no command available to achieve this

It looks possible to me. I haven't bothered with details, nevertheless I see that AxCliCfg.exe contains a public (!) method Microsoft.Dynamics.Configuration.FormRegenerateWcfDialog.GetConfigurationAsString(). It looks like a good starting point for your research.

Also check out the ClientConfigurationBootstrap class in the Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Metadata.AX assembly.
