I sent a large quick campaign out to a whole bunch of contacts. I'd like to stop it but I cannot figure it out! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

You can try to deactivate the workflow "ActivityPropagation", delete all related system jobs which are in state "waiting for..." and active the workflow again. Than the sending of e-mails should be stopped but the quick campaign still remains in statuscode "in progress".

If you have your CRM organization configured with Outlook, then quickly remove CRM client configuration with your outlook for time being.
Access CRM using web client and change the status for all pending email's from 'Pending send' to 'Draft' by creating On-demand workflow.

The only way is to find corresponded System Task record with type "Quick Campaign" using Advanced Find tool. After that you would be able to cancel, pause or resume this campaign.
