    Hi,
    Here are a few troubleshooting methods you can try:
    1. Clear browsing history and cached data.
    2. Log out and log in again, and then try again. You can view this document:

    3. Make sure your internet connection is stable. Sometimes an unstable connection can cause errors when loading or starting a lab session.
    4. You can also try the methods mentioned in the link below:

    Hi,
     
    Just check your Internet connection Speed.
    if the issue persists, try changing your browser, hope you are connected to the network, which has no URL / Content restrictions.
    if so try to access the lab again with another internet connection.

    Yes, I am attempting to log in with my learning account. I was using it last week, but it isn't functioning today (I tried using a private browser, but it didn't work).
