Just check your Internet connection Speed.
if the issue persists, try changing your browser, hope you are connected to the network, which has no URL / Content restrictions.
if so try to access the lab again with another internet connection.
Yes, I am attempting to log in with my learning account. I was using it last week, but it isn't functioning today (I tried using a private browser, but it didn't work).
Are you signed in with your learning account? Do you have the same issue with other labs or are those working correctly?
