Right now my documents are getting uploaded to each folder as per the entity, now i want them to get uploaded as per account. is that possible? Like for Account all documents get uploaded at one place belonging to different work orders, is that something I can achieve? Like document can be present in Work order form, opportunity form and lead form like that.
Any suggestions?

Go to Settings > Document Management > Document Management Settings.
In the second step, check Based on entity and select Account.

OOB sharepoint integration will create folder per entity and per record under that entity. It is not possible to have the document attchaed on Lead, Opportunity & work order associated to same account under one folder.
You might have to add custom code to achieve your requirement.
