We are having some issues with Credit Cards on return transactions. I had a customer in the other day that purchased a saddle and purchased it on two different cards. In standard retail we only return items to the credit card that the transaction was made on. In her case when I went to return to the cards the computer would only allow me to return to one card and then would force a cash return for the remaining balance. It should allow me to return to two different cards, if it allows the sale two different cards. Does anyone know why I am unable to return the transaction to the original two credit cards that where used to purchase the item?
