Teams App install messages appearing for end-users though it's already installed?

Hi there,

This is not a serious bug. More of a question of interest why these messages are triggered even though the App in question is already installed

Translation:
"The Teams App has been installed. We have installed the app Dynamics 365 Teams so it gets easier to use data in Teams"

Can this be due to an update from Microsoft to that specific app or some sort of bug-fix that triggers this message for all end-users even though it's already installed?

Hi there,

Thank you for the response. However, I think my question still remain unanswered. The question was not what the message meant. But why this message was shown when the app already "have been" installed for years.

A message saying something has been installed that is already installed seems a bit suspicious. Which leads me to believe maybe an update or bug-fix could have prompted it somehow.
