This is not a serious bug. More of a question of interest why these messages are triggered even though the App in question is already installed
Translation:
"The Teams App has been installed. We have installed the app Dynamics 365 Teams so it gets easier to use data in Teams"
Can this be due to an update from Microsoft to that specific app or some sort of bug-fix that triggers this message for all end-users even though it's already installed?
