What's the best way to achieve real time integrate D365 Online with MS CRM 2013 OnPremise?

Hi All,

I would like to know the best approach to achieve real time integration between D365 Online with MS CRM 2013 OnPremise. The integration is to be performed for a few entities where any create or update in one version of CRM should reflect in another real time.

depends on the integration (maybe you want bi-directional but it can be done also only in one way) but because one of the systems is On-Premise and you want real-time I would go with Plugins.
